| The Joseph & Evelyn Rosenblatt Free Loan Fund was established in 1998 to loan money to members of the Utah Jewish Community. The loan Fund exists to help people achieve self-sufficiency through interest-free loans available for a variety of purposes, including: | ||||

| A committee of JFS meets regularly to interview applicants and approve loan applications. The decision of the Free Loan Committee is final. | ||||
